The Bosh Bosh shop is open every weekday from 8am to 5:30 pm and is closed on non-working holidays. On working holidays, Production Team members are paid double-time. We schedule a lunch hour break into each day and our Team is encouraged to take time off to attend computer/literacy classes during their working hours. We also offer enrichment and professional development in the form of special workshops and assemblies during work hours so that Bosh Bosh can holistically support a well-rounded Team that is excited about their work and feel supported.

This fantastic team is comprised of 2 female teachers, 1 male teacher and 2 Bosh Bosh scholar graduates who have been recruited to teach, tutor and mentor all members of our organization. As part of our Team, they also benefit from Teacher Training and Capacity Building Workshops.

They are in charge of overseeing the entire program structure, as well as schedule all sales and custom orders.
